Perfect Birthday Escape at Naturally Pacific Resort – Nancy’s Celebration Was Unforgettable! We chose Naturally Pacific Resort in Campbell River for my wife Nancy’s birthday getaway, and it exceeded every expectation. From check-in to check-out, it felt like a seamless blend of luxury, nature, and genuine warmth. The resort itself is stunning—beautifully designed with those earthy, modern vibes that make you feel instantly relaxed amid the ocean and mountain views. Our room was spacious, spotless, super comfortable (those beds are next-level!), and had thoughtful touches that made it feel special for a celebration. But the real highlight was the Immersion Spa + Wellness. Oh my goodness—it was AMAZING. We booked couples massages, and the therapists were incredibly skilled and attentive. The mineral pool, sauna, steam room, and overall serene atmosphere melted away any stress. Nancy said it was the most pampered she’s ever felt, and I have to agree. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and blissed out. Highly recommend booking treatments in advance—they’re worth every penny!Dinner at the on-site restaurant was delicious too—fresh, local flavors with beautiful presentation. We enjoyed a special birthday dessert that made Nancy smile ear to ear. The staff throughout were friendly, proactive, and made us feel truly celebrated. This place is a gem on Vancouver Island—perfect for a romantic milestone, relaxation, or just soaking in the natural beauty. We’re already talking about coming back. Thank you, Naturally Pacific Resort, for making Nancy’s birthday magical!5 stars all the way—easily one of our favorite stays ever.

Had an amazing stay for two nights with a round of golf. Super clean room on the top floor facing the ocean. The food was great at both the restaurant and the driving range lounge. Sat night was rocking at the driving range so make a reservation. We still hit a bucket of balls on the range mats. On Sunday They happily took my clubs from my room to the pro shop. Who then put them on my cart ready to go. My son and I were paired up with two great member from the golf course for a great 18 hole round with top end golf carts. After the round the staff was happy to return my clubs to my room. We had great local beer and great food at the bar on site at the driving range. The pool and hot tub were very busy sat night but Sunday at noon had them to myself. Very clean and fresh towels at the pool. Bed was super comfy and the room views were amazing. Great nespresso coffee and nice glass bottles Water in the rooms provided. I tipped well For my requests and was treated with smiles hello’s and got called sir a lot! I will be staying here again for sure. This was also my first time in Campbell River. If u are thinking of staying here. Do. It’s a great experience.

Nice resort located up on a hill on a golf course. Depending on the room, you may be able see the water/mountain views in the distance. Lovely entrance area and great service by bell hop and front desk staff. Room was a nice size and very clean with extra seating area. Pool (inside) and hot tub (outside) are nice with lots of space. Steam room not working but sauna was nice. Did not eat at the attached restaurant but did eat at the driving range/eatery (Velocity) next door. Really great food (pizza and tacos) and excellent service. My only issue was that there was kids hockey team(s) staying there and we would have appreciated staying in a room away from all the yelling and running around. My romantic weekend was not the same with all the chaos. I overheard some other guests complaining about issues with the kids in the pool area, running around yelling and breaking some of the items in the court yard. We tried several times on Sunday to go into the hot tub but it was so packed with kids there was no space. I would stay here again, however I would check first to see if there are any tournaments in the area first.

We stayed here for the Family Day long weekend and had a great overall experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also loved having a large corner balcony, which was a nice bonus for our family stay. The amenities were great. The gym had everything you need, with all new Technogym equipment, which was really impressive. There is an indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub, and also a sauna (the steam room wasn’t available during our stay). The pool access was about 20 steps and you enter directly from the change rooms. It was a very busy weekend and the hotel was at full capacity, with many hockey families staying at the same time. Because of this, it could be quite loud, and the walls are thin — we could hear TV in the room next to us blasting late into the night and kids being rowdy in nearby rooms. This is the main reason for the 4-star rating. That said, the staff were amazing. They even did a nightly check-in to see if anyone needed to stock up, and the fresh cookies were delicious. The water refill fountain was also very convenient. Despite the noise, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily visit again soon.

I don't know how anyone can rate this place less than 5 stars. Everything was exceptional from the time we arrived. I wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities. We will definitely be going back! Super comfy beds and high quality bedding, very clean, modern and spacious rooms (we were on the pet friendly floor) which we were very grateful for. Our dog was spoiled and even got a care package upon arrival and his own bed and food bowls in the room. I loved that they had a dog run on the property too. The staff was all friendly and helpful, the pool was huge and a nice temperature, we loved the sauna and hot tub too after a long travel day. Unfortunately we didnt have time for the spa and golf, for sure next time though. Im still shocked at the last minute rate we got through Expedia too. In any other city for a hotel of this caliber with everything they offer it would be at least twice the price!

Fantastic food menu- spent 2 hours enjoying 4 appetizers brought out one at a time. Nice outdoor hot tub, beautiful indoor heated pool, robe and slippers in the rooms, plenty of towels, great selection for toiletries and wonderful staff! Absolutely will be staying again when im in the area! Such a luxurious place at an affordable price!!

Don’t think I could say enough good things. The staff here truly go above and beyond. A huge thank you to Chris Billings for making our night unforgettable for me and my new fiancé. The room was straight out of a dream beautifully decorated with balloons, roses, and champagne. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were amazing and the perfect way to end our wonderful evening. Every part of the service was exceptional informative, helpful, and genuinely understanding. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. It’s the perfect place to make your visit special.

So happy to see a hotel that's so welcoming to pets. They had a fenced doggy area, a dedicated floor for doggies, and two dog wash stations. The hotel provided a Yeti dog bed, and we got a little doggy goodie bag when we arrived. You can tell the owner loves dogs! The property is beautiful. We didn't get to eat at the restaurant or use the pool or spa, but from what we saw, they all looked pretty nice and popular. We plan to return!
